Hi all,
I have a new consumer unit to fit ,however im not sure how it would fair due to haveing one of the old types of cut-out where the neutral and phase is fused also the tails are the old 10-16mm cloth coverd stuff.
Know what i mean? Maybe i could get a picy on here.
Im getting a good Ze reading which is on a T-N-S system.
Do any of you think the NIC main assessment might count it as a "defrement" because of the cut-out? I know its nothing to do with my side of things and that i can write it on the ticket but for me to get the board round to change it can take them months to get there bum in gear.
Note the exsisting wireing is about 10 years old and has been nicely done.
Your views please?
