Thanks for the honest reply although I don’t agree with you about Farage. The country has been let down by both previous parties - I just think we should give someone else a chance. If he fùcks up, he fùcks up and he'll be out like the others. I’m pretty sure Labour won’t win the next election though unless they adopt some of Reforms ideas.

I read an interesting piece the other day, about RR and the US higher education system.
US college education - and therefore, degrees - were free / low-cost until the mid- to late-1960's.
Then - and some observers put forward the idea that politicians wanted to punish protesting students, and the increasing availability of higher education to non-whites - the fees started being ramped up.
(Then California governor Reagan)’s education advisor, Roger Freeman, “We are in danger of producing an educated proletariat. That’s dynamite! We have to be selective on who we allow to go through higher education.”
So (the already-wealthy excepted), the educated were likely to be debt-riddled, and therefore more controllable.
His base are the same ones who use the old "did you spill my pint? / Are you looking at my bird?" line, when trying to justify them about to kick off

Why have you not asked yourself, how does he propose doing that, those 3 countries don’t have functioning democracies and no doubt the U.K. govt Tory and Labour have been trying already.
All Farage sells is slogans, no details no actual solutions.
Labour have only been in for a year.
