Not at all - the basic no-thought, cheap-as-chips "17th Edition" board is a dual RCD design. It has no non-RCD ways at all.Some serious straw clutching going on here.

How far from the garage is the CU? Mine luckily was on the wall that backed onto the garage, went straight through the wall in conduit from my dual RCD board using a 32/6 amp breaker.
Might be worth running the circuits in plastic conduit with metalclad sockets, I wired my garage in singles as they were easier to pull through the conduit.
