Axminster power tools.

Hi,
Can anyone comment on Axminster own brand tools please.
I'm looking at item no.250264092403 on ebay. It looks to be a fairly solid bit of kit but does anyone know how this compares in build quality with the likes of the Mcallister.

looks a nice piece of kit,axminster afain are pretty good,ive got a sanding station by them and im impressed,certainly better then the other thing your interested in.

I've got one of their routers, was half-price on eBay, very pleased with it.

Never used Axminster own brand but all my many dealings with them have been excellent.

I ordered a Bosch SDS drill online from Axminster Power Tool Centre on Friday, and was impressed with their efficient service. I have never purchased their own brand tools though. Reason being, I always like to go for a named brand with power tools.

i have some of their bigger £400 plus woodworking equipment and it is considered and is of equal quality to top names like JET etc
