Back off holidays Alarm been going off

Hi hope some one can help I have just returned from holiday and been told my alarm went off in the storms!
I have a Scantronic 9448 ES alarm fitted
The light that is glowing red is the tamper loop is broken one second from the bottom!
Also the bottom one is glowing to say the system is unset !
And the top light is glowing saying the mains power is preset !

Last night the alarm went just went off 48 hrs after we came home !
Hope someone can help !

You have a tamper on your system !
When did you last have the battery changed ?
Has there been power cuts with the storm ?

Hi thanks for your reply
I have not replaced the battery since the alarm was fitted a couple of years now!
And when we were away the people next door told us the alarm had been going off in the storms !
Hope that helps!
Is there anywhere I can download info how to change battery etc I have the basic hand book with it .

Open panel , internal alarm activates , enter your code , swop battery , close panel , enter your code to reset , done
