Backlit (illuminated) external bell boxes - yes or no?

From a security standpoint what are you thoughts about installing a backlit bell box instead of a more subtle flashing led one?

one con I guess is I don’t see many houses with a secondary dummy backlit bell box as you’d probably have to run power to it from where.

Do you think the backlit ones are more of a deterrent over the LED ones?

Back light bell boxes have there place.
As for dummies its possible to have them back lit if needs be and dummy leds flashing but probably as cheap to put up a real bell box with a local power supply so it looks the same.
