Hi,
We have, what I think is, an open vented system. We have a storage cylinder upstairs with what I think is a header tank built into it above.
Yesterday we had a leak and it looks like the stop cock in the header tank built ontop of the cylinder has broken, looks like 15mm. Is it just a case of turning of the water and replacing the ball cock or is there more to it?
Also, shouldn't the water have gone down the overflow pipe and not ended up on the floor?
Thanks,
Paul
