Barristers striking

Of course, just like all the others previously found guilty.

I'm sure you will agree there was no doubt, and public clamour for brutal revenge

The Birmingham 6 FFS, do me a favour.

Apparently the average income for a plumber is £35,000.

That's if they declare it.... Most trades that are self employed tell the taxman they've earnt minimum wage....

From what I've read of criminal lawyers they should get a pay rise if there average earning has been less than 40k a year.

Train drivers.. don't deserve an increase imo

Yes we can all pick miscarriages of justice which mean there was doubt about there guilt

Some fruit cake crossing a road to stab Joe cox 100% guilty

Some bloke picking up a 4 year old and throwing him off a roof 100% guilty

Throw him off a roof imo
Repeating yourself and continually spouting the guilty ones does not magically make the miscarriages of justice disappear. Your sweeping under the carpet of such is disgusting. As are you with your quest for revenge whilst this....
"...As for your other remarks I assume you mean deterrents ??

I
Don’t care tbh

I am interested in retribution simple as that.."

..is equally as disgusting.

about 1 min walk from our old office

32 year old Canadian lady worked in a well known burger chain

Rented a room in the prop along with 3 others

Fruit cake who also rented a room bumped her off cut her up put her in bin bags and threw them in the duck pond opposite

Turned up at the office and the RSPCA were catching the ducks ?
(Crime scene ) not that I knew at the time

Bloke spent 15 years inside than they let him out , he moved back to the area

15 years that’s what her life was worth 15 years

Are you complaining about our legal system in general? Or our prosecuting barristers not being good enough? Or the defence barristers being too good?

Or is there any more to the story too ?

Nobody in here is defending any criminal act like that, and I would hope the punishment was as severe as could be applied, under our laws. If not, that is where the issue is.

Well er the bloke who murdered her worked at the local slaughter house?

She was 33 If I recall correctly

He just has the simplistic view of a 14 year old.
An adult with the mind of a 14 year old who is concerningly interested in violent crime and similar acts. (he vividly recalls a local case of 15 years ago, and is so interested in the case that he's intently aware of the perpetrators movements)
An adult with the mind of a 14 year old who makes racist rants on social media, without having any explanation, (never mind a plausible one)
He also makes pointless and absurd comments, for no explicable reason.

What's a 'rant are'?

And who is 'him again'?

It appears to have taken you about 2 hours to type some nonsense.
Is that your final version of that post, or are you going to edit it some more?

What do you think is the correct prison term for a crime you didn't commit?
The Birmingham 6 were most likely innocent but they were supporters of the IRA.
They were arrested on their way to N. Ireland to attend the funeral of an IRA terrorist who had blown himself up in Coventry.
For years most people including myself believed in their guilt but with hindsight it is now clear that they were caught up in an anti Irish backlash, with the public putting massive pressure on the police to get a result.
So while technically they were innocent, they paid the price for the crimes of a terrorist organisation which they supported.

technically they were innocent

To be accurate and truthful (can you do that?)

They were innocent of the crime for which they were convicted and imprisoned.

Nothing "technically" about it.

Surely there's a difference between 'innocent' and 'unable to prove guilt due to a flawed investigation'?.
