bathroom advice request

Scenario
Tumble drier and washing machine in a bathrooom both plugged into twin socket behind washing machine, socket is RCD protected at DB and is not 3m from bath.
Would this comply if the socket was converted to two fused (not switched?) spur outlets? Is there a simpler way to comply?

Needs to be outside zone 2, permanently connected (so away with sockets and replace with FCU or S/FCU for isolation purposes) and 30mA RCD protection (which you have)
Might be easier for isolation purposes to have the S/FCUs above appliances and flex outlet plates connected behind the appliance or even flex straight in to S/FCU above appliances, depends where the sockets are in relationship, to what can be done!

Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing permanently connected is to stop something else to be plugged into the socket, Would the use of a non standard socket and non standard plugs cover this aspect?
