Do you have to bond the radiator hot and cold pipes , bath if you have a 30ma 6 amp breaker for your upstairs lights.

If all circuits in the bathroom are protected by 30mA rcd and main bonding in place, then no

Sounds like a 17th edition question
I take it you mean a 6A MCB with a 30mA RCD (RCBO).
Do you have an electric shower? Is this on a 30mA RCD also? Any other circuits entering the bathroom?
The 17th edition allows the exclusion of supplementary bonding under the following conditions:
i)All the final circuits within of the location meet the requirements for automatic disconnection.
ii)All the final circuits of the location are RCD protected.
iii)All extraneous conductive parts of the location are effectively connected to the protective equipotential bonding.

How you go about the iii) isn't over clear, the red book refers to applying reg 415.2.2 which is basically the 50v rule. As main bonding is sized to relate to the supply, (the max resistance of a MEB is generally 0.05 ohms) I would take the maximum resistance between extraneous conductive parts within the location to be the same i.e. 0.05 ohms, though I am not 100% sure on this one!!
