Hi

Can abyone please recommend a extractor fan model that has:

240v

I only have a Bathroom On off switch which generally just gets left on permanently, so I only have live/neutral/earth no switched live.

Pull cord that when switched off carries on with a timer.

Timer
Humidistat
High flow rate
Reverse flow shutter when off.

Fits into a 10cm diameter hole in the wall

The bathroom steams up really easily so I need high flow rate but I don’t want a fan that stays on with a trickle as I have a PIV system in the rest of the house and don’t want to lose pressure 24/7.

Any advise of a particular model would be great as I just can’t seem to find one with all these options.

Thanks
