That finish isn’t acceptable , you can see daylight and there’s an exposed cable clip. First port of call is the main contractor who organised the trades; they should sort the snag. If they won’t, a NICEIC electrician can fit a back‑box extension, trim the spigot or fit a larger grille, then silicone round the edge and tidy the plaster. Don’t touch the wiring yourself , isolate the circuit and get a qualified spark to make it safe.
