I have been asked to quote for uprating the bathroom lighting for an elderly disabled chap with failing eyesight. He would like either two 1200mm fluorescents or a round fluorescent. The room is quite small so the lights will be partly in zone two. Are there suitable luminaires available for this or will I have to specify normal domed lights, such as Screwfix D34716?

I settled on a Screwfix D16232 2D 28 watt IP54 dome light in the end. I'm told they give a good light and reach full brightness quicker than other low energy bulbs. If it turns out to take a while to get bright the old chap will probably just leave it turned on.
