Not sure if anyone can help?

I want to change my existing bathroom light to a new one. At the ceiling rose it has 4 red loop wires, 4 earth wires, a black (with red tag) live wire, a yellow live (extractor fan), a blue neutral (extractor fan) and 2 black neutral wires.

When i try to wire this into the new light i just cant seem to get it working and the fuse keeps blowing when power is restored.

The new light fitting has a space for the live, earth, and neutral but no block to install the loop wires,is this normal?? Also, the earth wires are exposed copper, should these be in a green/yellow sleeve?

I'm a total novice and should prob call an electrician but any advice would be great!!
