Looking to update the bathroom a little bit, replacing the fixtures and moving the sink to the opposite wall so I can have a mirror above the sink. I would like to hide the pipes as much as possible so thinking about chasing the pipes where possible.
I've attached some photos and a plan showing the existing pipe locations.
My thinking is to replace the tiles on the floor with larger tiles. Installing an L bath and using the electric shower only.
Chasing and tieing in the pipes from the bath to the new position for the basin.
Thinking about chasing the pipes along the wall to the toilet or even under the floor (concrete floor).
Also, whether it's possible to chase the pipes down the wall which serve the radiator, looking to replace this with a towel radiator.
Then looking to recruit a tiler to tile the wall which is currently clad (at roughly waist height) and then full height in the bath area.
Any thoughts on these plans would be great.
