I have a problem with my integrated fridge freezer - the fridge section is frosting up at the back of a shelf. I suspect this is due to a faulty defrost heater or timer but I cannot find any information about it. I called a service engineer who told me I would need a new fridge and wasn't willing to come and check it.
I'd like a second opinion about this model. I took it out to check if I could locate the defrost timer, but I'm afraid I didn't get anywhere. I'd be really grateful if someone knows this freezer and has a schematic or something which would allow me to identify these parts and whether I might be able to get spares. The model is a Baumatic BR23.8A and it's about 6 years old.
