Baumatic BR904SS Top oven temperature

Hi from a new boy.
The top oven on my BR904SS does not appear to reach the correct temperature by a long way - the oven is about 3 years old. I have no thermostatic probe to verify this. Can the thermostat and/or element be replaced easily?
