X kW in in gas = y Kw out in heat. Very little difference between the best and the worst you can currently buy. The difference is mainly in the quality of the boiler, not in the performance.

your not gonna get a similar quality band A for less than 700-800.

I don't really do installs but I'm fitting one for myself this week. I was tempted by this until I realized it was the baxi with the condensing hx. For an extra 150 inc vat PTS offered my a glowworm ultracom2 30 or a baxi duotec 28 both doing around 12.5 lpm @ 35 deg rise.
