Baxi 33HE combi

Boiler cuts in and runs for 10+ secs. then cuts.Set only for hot water at the moment and happens-I think at random.
Fully serviced in August this year and this is adding to my running costs for no apparent reason.
Anybody got a theory-Baxi office could not explain- just said its normal.

Check your user guide as I think this boiler has a preheat.
