Why does my boiler make loud humming / vibrating noises intermittently....becoming very annoying

difficult to say, may be something is loose ie screws, or could be gas valve/fan or pump. does it have a pattern to it?
Also, check your pressure gauge for the boiler if it is below 0.5, it could be causing extra noise in the boiler
