So I built a shed 150 mm away from my boiler flue termination. It is about 200 mm shy of the roof line. Does this contravene the building regulations?

I have looked into a plume displacement kit but would need to replace the flue as well, as I have the standard not telescopic Baxi flue kit. Plus I am struggling to find a gas engineer to do it.

I could move the shed 1.3 m to the left to get the 600 mm clearance but this is also a pain and I like it where it is.

You may get recirculating products of combustion if you install your shed there. Heat damage to the shed and it would likely be against the mi’s/building regs.

I moved the shed because getting a plumber to give me a price was like trying to get blood from a stone.
