baxi combi 80 eco no hot water/heating

hi every one
i am having problem with my baxi boiler its about 4 year old and its not working for hot water or heating pump runs but fan does't.there was no 220v supply to the fan so i thought its due to faulty pcb which i've changed but fault still exist.any suggestions on this please.thanks

If the pump runs but nothing else I would loook at the system flow switch next!

It might have been cheaper to call an engineer rather than blindly changing parts.
