baxi eco 80 leak

Hi guys hope you can help me I have al leak on my Diverter Manifold there is two small grub screws which a tight and it is seated right with the DHW Pressure Differential Valve but it still leaks I am also loosing pressure on the central heating system (very slow) 1 bar a week just wondering if there is some kind of seat kit or part that will fix it please help my wife is on my back to get it fixed

If you're loosing system pressure, it's a new diverter I'm afraid.

View media item 30316 That seal kit contains all the necessary bits to repair the diverter section.
Forget about the Alpha name,its the same valve.
Where the two grub screws are that piece can be replaced(its in the kit) after draining the boiler and removing the diaphragm section.
Turn off cold supply and cover pcb housing.No special tools required. View media item 31064

The bit to be replaced is the one that the grub screws screw into!

That needs the boiler to be drained as well.

You need to clean the pin too!

I thought at first that you only told him to turn off the mains water!!!

If he had done what I thought you had told him then he would have got wet!

Unfortunately my speed reading missed that you HAD mentioned draining the boiler because of the position of the picture!

Odd that he did not bother to thank me though.
