bco 85mm cavity advise

My internal garage is getting a cavity wall installled .soft block and plasterboard. The cavity is 120mm. I was advised to use rock wool 85mm and I could not use celotex as it would need 50mm to prevent condensation.
Can I upgrade to 100mm wool instead
