Beeping alarm and can’t reset the alarm

Hi
I’m having trouble resetting my house alarm which shows red light on one of the buttons and I can’t stop this beeping that’s every 15 seconds after workman checked fuse box and had to turn off electric for awhile.

What control panel do you have.
My have faulty battery in control panel.

Panel is showing tamper fault.
Possible faulty battery in panel.
That control panel can bring tamper fault on when battery is critical.
Has any one open the alarm control panel to check inside today?
Also green power light on top seems to be off which could mean no power to panel.

No one has opened it today but tried last week but when I saw wires and the words 240 volts I got scared,was trying to see battery but wasn’t sure

Bottom panel displaying record messages now,so what can I do safely as im not great with these things and as I try to put in my code it doesn’t work

You could power system down.
Remove fuse from spur ,Disconnect battery. Outside bell could then ring. Ladder may be required.

What’s a spur? Disconnect what battery? The problem is inside the box and why do I need ladder for what,as I can’t put passcode in

Think you need to get someone to sort ,as you are not confident in want needs to be done.
