hi all
for some reason my condenser tumble dryer is only collecting a faction of the water it did when we first got it
The machine is 2 years old , the utility room it is in is only small but when we open the door to the room you can see steam in the air ( not a lot ) but it is there

Any ideas and solutions would be gratefully accepted

I think the whole machine needs a thorough clean. Any lint deposits restrict the flow of air through the laundry and therefore reduce the heating/condensing of water. Ensure every area on the intended route of the hot air through the filters, condenser and subsequently the route of the collected water is cleaned. This would also include all sensors and thermostats. Whilst on this venture, clean the area behind the back of the drum and the element area.
