you keep saying reform has changed the criteria for upper limit so put a link to it they must have voted on it to change it in NNC or are they just carrying on with what was in place before they took power

I actually think that's a good point. I would be interested to know.

They introduced the eligibility criteria. Like every other council.
The eligibility criteria was already there from the previous tory lead council
To change this would need a vote of the full council so put the link to it , if its there you will find it in the council minutes

No it wasn't. Like you OP says, "it has been announced".
like you keep saying its part of an existing scheme that has been about for a few years do make your mind up .
But even that would need to be voted on by the full council put the link up

A Reform led council are giving people handouts who are making almost £100k a year. Make all the excuses you like, but it is just a fact.

Reform lead the council and you posted the eligibility criteria. What are you not getting?

guess you struggle that reform never voted the eligibility criteria in . Do you not know the basics of how councils work ?

The same Reform council

I highlight a bit from the report

Cllr Martin Griffiths (Reform/Croyland and Swanspool), leader of North Northants Council (NNC), had said that changes to flags were ‘not the top priority’ for his team.

But the change to the protocol is the first obvious change in policy by the new regime elected by a landslide on May 1, signalling their intent to ‘focus on flying the Union Flag’.

Good to see they have their priorities upside down

F#ckme imagine a council wanting to fly its own national flag , whatever next

No problem with flying a flag surely? Any flag for a reason, for a limited time too. But apparantly not now.

But no other bigger more pressing items need sorting 1st?
