£7k a month benefits?!?

Said on the radio yesterday that it costs the state 15 grand ( per migrant) to deal with any asylum application
Blimey, it took 3 pages for someone to start blaming the asylum seekers.

They are on about the Albanians on the radio now

Takes approx 2 years to process an application !!!

So they claim asylum than spend 2 years working in the UK than there application is turned down

They know how to play the system

Thousands of Albanians waiting to come here illegally
Is that the fault of the asylum seekers?

There is town in Albania they call
Little London

75% of the inhabitants rely on income from the UK

Town is basically built with Uk derived income
Still banging on about asylum seekers in a thread that has nothing to do with asylum seekers.

You lot can't stand a dissenting, and enquiring voice, someone to hold you lot to account.
Do you hold any other forums to account or just this one? You must be very popular - what did you do for arguments before you found this forum?

This one tends to have a disproportionate number of extreme right wingers, those who want to put the world to rights by blaming asylum seekers.
Did you miss me?

Extended by the lawyers and advisors who use it as a cash cow by playing the system using EU HR law. All paid for by taxpayers.
The ECHR is nothing to do with the EU.
Perhaps if you got support for the first mistake, and maybe for the second mistake just in case, and then nothing for any more mistakes you make, then you may try harder not to keep making mistakes.
You don't have a clue what you are talking about. You're just spouting off nonsense about asylum seekers.
The ECHR deals with about 40,000 cases a year, but they're not all UK related.
There are 46 signatories to the ECHR.
So if the cases were equally spread by the member states, that would be about 1,000 cases for UK, to the ECHR.
But some cases are "impact" cases, i.e. the judgement relates to any other similar scenarios.

If it hasn't changed then it isn't to blame for the stupidly long delays that are happening. Those delays waste money and leave asylum seekers in limbo. We used to be able to train around decisions quickly but the Tory led government has allowed that to crumble. You should be annoyed by that.
All part of the Tory racist ideology. Blame the migrants.

Except you don't know they are illegal until processed.

We need to resource and sort that process so people know they will be sent back if appropriate. A better longer term use of our money
They're still not illegal, just failed asylum seekers. Either the government allows them to make their own way back, detains them and deports them, or conveniently forgets about them and leaves them with no financial support, no assistance of any sort and not allowed to work, seek medical attention, education or accommodation.

The numbers of Jews feeling Russian persecution would be regarded today as refugees and since they came across the Channel on steamers i'd say they did not come illegally in the modern sense of Albanian boat people. But the sentiments remain the same.
Carriers were not responsible for checking visas, etc, for validity back then.
So you could board a boat to, say, UK without a valid visa and you would simply disembark when you arrived.
If passport control, such as it was, refused you entry, you'd be stuck on the dock side. The carrier would have no responsibility for your onward travel or your welfare.

Muslim men can have four wives but Muslim women are restricted to their restrictions, so there can be a myriad of numbers apportioned to a 'family' which don't show up on a census.
Muslim mem are required to obey the UK Marriage laws. It's perjury to make a false statement.
