Have you used 'Crown Solo'?

Achieved good results With this also.

Sikkens range is good.

Not the wickes stuff no. Have used crown which was alright but preferred johnstones aqua. Not as good a finish as oil though, that's why I was asking for other peoples recommendations!

I have not judged it Joe. I have thanked some one on there recommendation. The thread as asked for peoples favorite. What is yours?

I like the Aqua but the price.

Have seen a cheapo Leyland in screwfix but not tried it.
