Best way to extend Pyronix Enforcer to outbuilding

Hi,

I've got a pyronix enforcer system in the house which I'd like to extend to an outbuilding that can be set independently of the house, with its own keypad to set/unset etc.

Alarm cable has been laid to the building and there is hard wiring for a PIR, door contact and internal sounder.

It seems that I'd need a ZEM8 with a PSU to do this, but it is quite expensive. Petty much the same price as a full enforcer system.

Are there any other options I should consider?

Separate system ....it's as short as its long .....

Any recommendations for a wired single apartment alarm with GSM or some sort of comms?

Room already wired ready for a PIR, Door contact, keypad, with an alarm cable back to the house if needed.

Also has Ethernet which I will be using for CCTV.
