Hi,
Just moved into a property and after a few days noticed the boiler pressure had dropped from 1.5bar down to 0.3

I’ve found a heating pipe going to a radiator downstairs has a weep/drip when the heating is on

Any recommendations for fixing this, other than having someone come in to repair the joint?

That joint is soldered to the pipework. System needs to be drained ,the joint removed and a new one soldered on. If that is not something you can do call a plumber.

As above and sooner rather than later, especially if it's only flux holding it
