Best Wet Underfloor Heating?

Hi,
I'm building an extension that will be used as a dining room. I would like underfloor heating! The floor will have 100mm PIR, screed then LVT.

Is it best to get the underfloor heating layout designed? The room is 9m x 3m. Any suggestions on who can design it?

Who is the best manufacturer? Would JG Speedfit be OK? Should I run 2 loops as the floor is large?

Any other tips appreciated!
