Tap and rad are there/on mate but the rad is flashing so might no be on the pic everytime, just linked L/2 and still the same

As in take out L/N from the heat link? Or the 2/3 aswell?

Boiler works just as before with 2/3 disconnected from the heat link..

Then you have a boiler fault , probably the internal frost protection kicking in (main thermistor faulty)

Thats the one, jesus £40 for a thermistor, if you have a multimeter you can test the thermistor resistance reading to make sure thats the fault, it should be around 20k ohms at room temp.

OK there's 2 One with red wires one with blue, red one showing around 9.8

They are both the same so whats the reading on the other one ?

9.7 and slowly going up

The sensors seem about right ,( i dont have the correct values but it would be unusual for both sensors to go at same time ) cant do much more without being in front of your boiler but I suspect the pcb is kaput.
