Big or small?

I recently put a thread on about a conservatory and was just after a bit of advice really.
Are you better off going with the big companies offering massive gaurantees and you've got come backs.
Or the small recomended one man band who'll probably offer you the same.

Nice question! I'd always say small firm cos I am one!

Its deffo a lottery cos you may find a great little compnay but get the lousy builder/fitter in the ranks..

I'd say shop around, dont get sold anything, meet the boss if possible and get a feel of the company, your gonna spend a pretty penny so making the right choice is important.
