been a few months since i've been on here but i just want to say thanks to everyone on here who has helped me out with advice over the last few years...
what can this mean?!?!? well, yes i've finally finished the house... put it up for sale and sold it (took 4 days to get asking price
)... and we've basically doubled what we paid for it (and no it can't all be down to house price rises as we've set a new ceiling price for the area … and I'm sticking to that opinion (well you've got to haven't you))
so we're just waiting for the contracts to be exchanged then we're off to sunny aberdeen.... then we start all over again in 6/8months time .... with no doubt a whole new range of problems.. so you haven't got rid of me...
