Have you seen the new library in Birmingham.... with striking modern architecture


it shows the old building as one ugly monstrosity ....to me the new one is just as ugly , just modern ugly... how did this get past the planning stages
inside looks ok but outside......jeez

I drove through the tunnels for the first time today after recently going through a costly refurb.

They've basically had a new tarmac'd road, the lights have been changed to LED using the same crappy out of line steel channels and the sides have been painted with about 7 various shades of paint.
