Blinds wont retract to the end

Moves smooth enough back and forth but stops as pic. Also cord is baggy in the centre as second shot if that has something to do with it Any suggestions please. Thanks

Push them over to the end?

Don't break them though I'll feel guilty.

It looks like there's a plastic stop within the track. It's for a reason, if it was further right then that right hand slat would tangle with the strings when it span round.

Yes between the first and second blinds, at the top, which can be moved.

But as Ivor said be careful of tangling cords.
