Block and beam question

Is the block and beam allowed to sit on a single engineering brick as below. Its only resting on 1 brick faced upside down, which is underneath a 800mm concrete footing. Would BC pass this?

The ventilated void must have a minimum depth of 150mm from the underside of the floor.

It will be interesting to see how he positions the telescopic air vents.
