If you want to go to the trouble of having it relaid you could create a slight "hump" across the middle so the front half drained back to the street and the back half drained into the aco's.
Will a hump be affected by two 4wd cars driving over it every day?
Not if done properly (the sub base would need re-profiling, not just the sharp sand). But don't get the ones who laid it flat back again.

I would be relatively happy with that - any of the options apart from taking the whole thing up and starting from the subsoil and installing drainage will leave more problems than you already have. I'd leave it as is but that's me if it drives you nuts only you can decide how much that's worth - hope it works out.
