BLOCKED RADIATOR

My bathroom radiator at the top of the house, I believe its the last one on our system and it never heats up. It never gets hot water to it?

It is only 2years old and has worked in the past. We did however have a new radiator put in downstairs last year, is this the cause?

if it has a TRV have you checked that ?

there is no TRV ist abathroom towel radiator type thing

Have you bled it, and considered balancing the system?
