Boiler 3a fused spur position

Currently my boiler is powered by a fused spur from a single socket
I want to remove the single socket as a it's too near sink and b is in condu and looks a mess
I have enough cable to position the fused spur above the boiler flue directly in middle of boiler by shortening the current drop to single socket and extend the boiler flex to top
Can this run through the pipe voids at back of boiler ?

Isn't that going to be awfully difficult to access?

No it will just be behind a hinged panel
But is it allowed as is the flex from boiler allowed to run up back of boiler void?
