Hi Chaps
I,m fairly happy the boiler is ok and I may be wrong but the boiler itself can't causer the RCD to trip. Is the most likeley cause a fault on the pump?
Any help would be appretiated.

a tad more information would be useful, like what type of boiler , make ,model, do you have a hot water cylinder? what exactly is happening when the rcd trips ect.

rcd tripping is a leakage to earth, either L to E or N to E.

Could be anything on the boiler, but depending what it is I would primarily suspect the pump or fan
