Boiler/central heating

I have a Sime 80c combi boiler. When I attempt to use the hot water, the boiler fires, but does not heat the water much. Often when using the hot water, we'll hear a slushing noise, & then the boiler clanks and then stops heating the water.

My radiators are not heating up.

Do I need to power flush the system?

Do I need to buy a new boiler?

How much would either of these options cost?

do you have water in the system, check the pressure gauge - should bo 1 to 1.5 bar.
