Hi all - have recently gone to an oil Worcester 12/14 which works fine but after a couple of minutes sharts to make a rattling noise which gradually gets worse. Is this kettling - I have never heard kettling before - if it is what is the solution. Also an upstairs radiator does not get hot unless it is on fully, Could both problems be caused by a tired pump. Owner says that she "likes her heating". The house is 3 years old so I am loathed to think it is limescale/sludge. Any comments welcome.
