Hey guys I woke up with no hot water and I tried researching online but I can't seem to find a solution to my problem.

I will attach some photos but I believe the pressure is down and it needs increasing.

Can anyone suggest what I could do?

Connect the flexi hose near the cylinder label to the valve next to the black tundish. Turn on the tap until pressure is 1 bar. You'll have to unscrew the little cap first.

you need to re pressurise /add water into the system using your filling loop.have you done this before ? and you also need to establish why its dropped on the first place. you may have a water leak.

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to do this but I am having the same issue as Milalolli. I have 0 pressure on the red expansion tank. I have a separate filling loop but I'm unsure where I'm meant to attach it to. Does anyone know? Thanks!!

Suzzane , your pics don't show enough of the right hand side ,high up, towards the rear ,of the hot water tank.your filling loop will connect at one end to the silver valve which is situated to the right ,and below the label on the tank. It is vertical ,has a slot in the middle ,and a brass cap nut on the terminal end .you remove that cap and screw on the silver braided hose that's laying loose on the floor ,examine the inner ends of the hose as there should be a rubber seal at each end . the other end of the hose will attatch to another valve ( but I can't see it in your pic ) but it has to be within reach of the hose. Take more pics of the area I quoted above. Squeeksters post above does not apply to your boiler set up.

Thank you terryplumb. I have attached a couple more photos. Is it the one with the black tap on?

Yes ,remove the cap on the end ,fit the hose .on the first valve I described in my last post ,you need a flat bladed screwdriver to go into the slot ,turn it until the slot is in line with the pipe .that's the open position ,then open the black handle on the other valve .when both are open water flows into the c/h pipework and pressure on gauge will increase ,when reaches 1 bar close the black handled valve and then the silver one with the screwdriver.make sure the slot is accross the pipework, dead level. Remove loop and replace the two caps

Thank you so much Terryplumb, this worked perfectly! Really appreciate your time and advice, especially on a Sunday!

Thanks Suzanne ,hope you are still happy when my bill arrives in the post !! Merry Xmas
