Boiler stuck at 0.5 bar - turning handle missing?

Hello

Trying to repressure my boiler using the filling loop - however one of the turning handles is missing?

See pic (sorry, can't seem to attach it - see link at bottom), am I looking in the wrong place, or is one of the handles missing?

If it is missing, am I able to release the valve another way?

some have two levers some only have one your pic is not clear enough to show what the second fitting is

I'd say yours is only a single lever loop, on the left side, the other side is just a double check valve.

Opening the one on the left (handle in line with pipe) should fill the system unless the double check valve is broken and not opening or the mains pressure isn't high enough.
