Boiler working, Pump Working, Actuator working but No Heat or Water. Can anyone help?

Everything is getting hot upstairs in the airing cupboard but i have no hat water or heat in the system. I have bled the radiators and there doesnt seem to be ay air in the system. What can i do?

If its a sealed system the boiler pressure should be a minimum of 0.75/1.0bar, normally 1.5bar. If a OV system check that the F&E cistern is "full".

If the boiler is firing up ( burning gas) but heat isn't getting around the system it's very likely an issue with the pump. Have you bled the pump of air ,what makes you think it's working ?

The pump seems to be working because it's making the right noises. However i could be wrong

I just checked the Boiler its an Ideal FF350 with a blank white front cover. There is not pressure clock as there usually is with a boiler. Where would i find the pressure?

Its an Ideal FF350 boiler and i cant see a pressure gauge

Have you got two cisterns in your attic, a big one and a smaller one?.
Is the pump external and if so make/model.

Yes two cisterns in the Loft. Pump is near the water cylinder in airing cupboard and seems to be working fine.

You say the boiler is working, is it just cycling on and off or running continuously?, post a photo or say the exact make and model of the pump.

There should be a brass screw in the center of the pump (looks like a Grundfos Selectric) hold a cloth under the pump and remove the screw, you should then see if the pump shaft is turning.

There is a screw in the centre i used that to bleed it, it's not Brass. Is there a different one? There is also a speed switch on it and if i slow it down it makes a different noice, Hence why i think its working

The screw that you used to bleed the pump is silver coloured,as said above removing it will expose the shaft ,so you can see if it is rotating.
Above the motorised valve is a short stub of pipe with a venting screw ,release the screw to bleed air from the coil .
