Boilermate II Problem - No hot water from tap ??

Please help - I've just changed the pcb on my suprima boiler and now this !!!
When I turn the hot tap on it runs hot for a few seconds then runs cold. Everything seems to be working fine though elsewhere ?? We have hot Central Heating and the Suprima seems to be working fine.
Both pumps on the boliermate II upstairs seem working O.K - Just no hot water through the tap ???
Any help would be greatfully recieved - We can do without most things - but hot water and 3 kids on a week-end !! Nightmare !!

The Oventrop mixer valve is faulty on then outlet of the boilermate.

Spare parts direct from Gledhill, they're on Squire Gate Ind Est in Blackpool.
