Odd but we seem to be the only ship at sea as I haven’t seen any others yet. We passed loads yesterday but today we seem quite alone. Hopefully they haven’t all sunk.

You came out of the Solent - busy. In to the channel across two of the busiest traffic routes in the world and now you are in the bay.

But you’ll miss most of the nasty stuff. Might see some Orcas.
When you turn from the Atlantic to the med it will be busy again as well as rough.

As can be seen on our ships map. Our second stop is La Coruna. Due to dock tomorrow morning. Then I assume we are out of the wild seas. Should hopefully calm down. As a tip for everyone following me on this epic voyage I would suggest printing off the map so that you can see my itinerary and see the amazing stops. I will of course post the pictures of the places we visit.

It is the roughest I have ever been on a cruise. Lena is terrified and we are approaching Biscay. Absolutely getting thrown about at the moment with 5 metre swells where we are now.

I don't think so Leonard Cohen played Bass Guitar for a while, his first instruments being acoustic guitar and classical guitar, but as far as I'm aware he never played Double Bass.
