Booster pump - no dedicated feed?

Hi all,

Just a quick one. Does anybody know of any booster pump on the market which doesn't require dedicated hot and cold feeds.

I am working in a flat which has communal hot and cold gravity supplies and the client wants to improve the pressure. However, there is no way of getting dedicated feeds into the flat so I would just need to connect the pump onto the pipework teed off of the communal supplies coming into the flat.
